This is a character from "You Awaken in Razor Hill", a tour-de-force of imaginative incorporation and crossover writing.
For something that was written for fun by a fan of the game "World of Warcraft", it garnered sufficient attention that
eventually the author got noticed by Blizzard, the game's makers. They gave him a writing job, and put two of his
characters in the game.
Not a bad effort at all, really!   ;)
